For some, reading can be a struggle especially when it is material that you don’t care for like studying. Reading and studying go hand in hand.
I believe reading can help you more than you think it can. I like reading informational books that help guide you in life. I also like mystery books and drama books. Something that catches my attention. The first book I read; I could not put it down because how good the story plot was.
If you don’t like to read and you have to here is my suggestion. Find something that really interests you. Then as you are reading the book take notes. This will also help your brain function better.
When I read anything, I have to read it slowly and take everything in that is just how my brain works. Everyone’s brain works differently and that is ok. I have always been a slow reader and probably continue to be. If you want to be a fast reader, I can suggest how that is possible. Yes, that is possible to be a fast reader if you read slow.
As a kid I did not like reading and would try to get out of it as much as possible. I did not have tools that would help you get through the information like today. Today we have transcribing on some systems like Microsoft word as a transcribing tool. There are also tools that can give you a summary of what you are reading like Copilot.
Furthermore, as I have grown up, I have enjoyed reading books. Books that help me grow as an individual and keep my interest going.
Even religious books have helped me. The Bible is the main one but there are others. The thing with the Bible is that no matter what you are reading you will always learn something. This goes for reading a passage that you have read more than once. Each version of the Bible is worded just a little differently with the same meaning.
There are many lessons to be learned with any kind of material. The knowledge of one person can bring wisdom to another person by simply sharing information.
I hope you enjoyed this post. Please leave a comment in the comments section if you would like to. It gives me more information about how I can improve on my posts.
